The standard wholesale terms and conditions governing bulk purchases and user accounts on our platform.
1. Registration & Account Security
Bizmo Wholesale is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. By creating an account:
- You represent that you are a registered business entity or sole proprietor.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete business information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Wholesale Orders & Packaging
All catalog products are sold in fixed wholesale pack units (e.g., packs of 10, 50, or 100 units). We do not open packs or ship loose individual retail items. Order quantities must match the pre-set pack sizes or multiples thereof.
3. Pricing & Payments
All wholesale prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and exclude shipping fees. We support online checkout via PayHere and offline bank transfers:
- Bank Transfers: Placed orders are held for 48 hours awaiting verification. You must upload a clear payment slip through your account panel. If the slip is not uploaded within 48 hours, the order is automatically cancelled.
- Verification Timeline: Bank transfer slips are audited and approved within 1 business day of upload.
4. Shipping & Inspections
Shipments are dispatched to your verified business address. Retail partners are requested to inspect packages for shipping damage immediately upon delivery and report any shortages or damaged items within 24 hours of arrival.
